At approximately 4:50 a.m. Sunday, Wanamassa Fire Company was dispatched to Bimbler Boulevard.
The fire chief from the Ocean Township department found a vehicle that had left the roadway and struck a home, the department said on Facebook.
"This may look familiar, as yes, this is the same exact home that was struck about a week ago," the department said.
Due to the location of the new damage, Asbury Park Fire Department was requested to investigate a possible structural issue.
The home has not been occupied since a similar Jan. 15 crash, so there were no injuries to report on Sunday.
A car also crashed into a Toms River home earlier this month, resulting in injuries.
